Delivery Time Frames?
- Standard Shipping - Items will be shipped out within 24 - 48 hours, shipping takes 3 - 5 days.
- Express Shipping - Items purchased before 12 pm will be shipped out on the same day. Items purchased after 12pm will be shipped out the next morning. Shipping takes 1 -2 days. Please ensure express shipping has been selected at check out.
- Please refer to same day delivery section if you require delivery soon than the above standard time frame.
Same Day Delivery?
Same day delivery is offered for postcodes within Fairfield & Liverpool City Council in NSW. 3pm cut off for same day delivery. Local delivery option will show up at check out if your postcode is available for same day delivery.
Orders prior to 12pm will be delivered by 5pm same day to employment provider's office or customer's home. Orders between 12 - 3pm will be delivered after working hours before 8pm to customer's home. Orders after 3pm will be delivered the next day.
Same Day delivery for postcodes outside of Fairfield & Liverpool council can be arranged by contacting us on email or phone. Please see our contact page at the bottom of the screen for contact details. You will need to select express delivery at check out if you are trying to arrange same delivery in these instances.
Suburbs outside of Sydney Metropolitan areas are currently not available for same day delivery.
Need to know about 'Pay by Bank Transfer' Option
For orders created by employment providers using their work email address via 'Pay by Bank Transfer' option we will deliver the items as per our delivery timeframes above prior to payments being received. If no payments have been made within 15 business days, we will follow up payments with the employment provider.
How to process a Return? Can customer self manage their returns without their employment provider's help?
Yes, customers can process a return without the help of an employment provider even if the order was made by your employment provider.
To process a return, you can:-
- Select the 'Returns' Tab in the top menu.
- You will need to input the invoice number & the email address that the order was created under, if order was created by your employment provider input their email address.
- Select the item you want to return, then choose from returns option and provide reason for return.
- You can print out a prepaid shipping label, our couriers service will come to the pickup location within 48 hours after label has been printed to collect your return package OR you can arrange your own way of posting the items back to us. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. Prepaid shipping label charges will be deducted from your return credit.

You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return items. Returns/exchange will be processed within 2 - 4 working days after items have been inspected.

Purchases to be created under employment provider work email address.
For ease of tracking & invoicing please use employment provider's work email address.
If 'Pay by bank transfer' is selected & purchase was made under employment provider's work email address, we will ship out the items prior to receiving payments.
For all purchases made under personal email address, payments must be received prior to goods being shipped out.
